THERE ARE TWO RESERVATIONS PERIODS DAILY

FROM THE PARK OPENING UNTIL 4:00 P.M. and FROM 4:00 P.M. UNTIL PARK CLOSES

     Large Pavillion     Small Pavillion

 
RENTAL RATES: Family Picnics and Reunions, Church Groups, or Groups of 60 persons or less:
SMALL PAVILION rate is $40.00 per period, or $70.00 if the two periods are used.
LARGE  PAVILION rate is $70.00 per period, or $125.00 if the two periods are used.

Groups other than family or church, using either of the pavilions, the fee is as above plus 50 cents per person for the excess over 50 people. (Example: an industrial group of 350 using the large pavilion for one period would be $70.00 for the first 50 people, then 50 cents for each of the additional 300 people, which equals $150.00, for a total cost of ($70.00 +$150.00) = $220.00.

We can better accommodate the large groups on Saturdays or weekdays when the use of the picnic area is not as great as on Sundays. SEE SWIM CUSTODIANS TO MAKE RESERVATIONS AND ARRANGEMENTS.

USE OF MINOR LEAGUE BALL DIAMOND BY PICNIC GROUPS

The primary use of this diamond is by Teams in Seasonal Leagues that are most active in June and July. It is possible some games will be scheduled on Saturdays. Groups desiring to use a ball diamond must confirm availability when renting a pavilion (See Swim Custodian). We will try to accommodate picnic groups that need the diamond for a game on Saturdays but scheduled league games will have preference. The Sunday use, when available, of FIRST PREFERENCE is to groups reserving the Pavilions.
