Hours of Operation: Everyday 12:00 Noon - 8:00 P.M. (Weather Permitting)     (As weather and temperature are the determining factors in any outdoor swimming operation. Our policy is to be OPEN, unless there is an extreme of cold or rainy weather. It is a good practice for parties to phone in advance, in these questionable periods, as to the pool being open.) RATES FOR THE 2008 SEASON

    Our policy is to keep rates as reasonable as possible, consistent with the quality of service expected at the Markle Pool. This service includes free parking, use of picnic tables, litter and garbage disposal, a clean and well run facility, and all the privileges we can give our valued patrons.
    Adults:(14 years and up)  $3.00
    Children: (under 14 years)  $2.00

    Parents or others attending children are not charged, unless in bathing suits. We welcome parents to keep close watch over their children. SPECTATORS MUST HAVE CUSTODIANS PERMISSION.

WATER SAFETY AND HEALTH REGULATIONS

    We ask your cooperation in the observance of these rules and practices for water safety, health and enjoyment of swimming.

GENERAL REGULATIONS

The custodian has authority to deny admission, or expel, anyone fro the swimming facility or park with reason. Life Guards carry this same authority.
Dogs, pets, food, or beverages, are not to be brought into the concession building or pool grounds.
Do not litter the premises. Use the litter barrels. Your cooperation please.
TREAT OTHERS AS YOU WISH TO BE TREATED. WE WANT EVERYONE TO HAVE A SAFE AND ENJOYABLE SWIM. RECREATION AND RELAXATION, AT OUR POOL HELP US KEEP THE PROPER ENVIRONMENT.

HERE AS ELSEWHERE, YOU SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK

BE A SAFE SWIMMER, LEARN AND PRACTICE THE RULES OF SWIMMING.
NO HORSEPLAY IN THE WATER OR ON THE GROUNDS ... PUSHING, SHOVING, PULLING, RUNNING, Etc. DO NOT THROW SAND.
INDECENT DRESS OR BEHAVIOR, PROFANE OR VULGAR LANGUAGE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
NO SNORKELS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE WATER AT ANY TIME.
NO FLOTATION DEVICE EXCEPT FULL SIZE AIR MATTRESS WILL BE ALLOWED OUTSIDE SHALLOW AREA.
DO NOT CARRY FOOD, BEVERAGES, ALCOHOL OR LITTER INTO THE POOL AREA. DO NOT USE SOAP.
IT IS IMPERATIVE THE PURITY OF THE WATER BE MAINTAINED IF SWIMMING IS TO BE PERMITTED UNDER THE REGULATION OF HEALTH AUTHORITIES WHO GOVERN THE POOL.
